We had a great time at Elvaston and can hardly wait for Newbury. We are hoping to arrive late on Friday night, what are the rest of you doing?

Stephen would like to know if anyone would be interested in sword training at 10am on Saturday 28th May?

We may try to get there Friday evening - it all depends how knackered we are.

If we do I am very much up for sword training - followed by another test!

Don't forget your continental beers!

Kelly was wondering if anybody wanted her to cook up a pot of chilli for a communal meal on Saturday/Sunday evening?

the sword training will be great, but do bear in mind that this is a 3 day event. I didn't know till I read the poster for it. maybe Rob and i could bring our fencing gear.
we'll be there Friday night, Martin may come sat morning with the party tent.
Dan, I'll e-mail all about the chille or curry and let you know asap

Let me know which ones you get or I might end up buying the same! (They have my favourite Belgian beer at Moor and More)

Chilli sounds great - would there be a veggie option?

I am sure we can do something - Kelly was considering a casserole/stroganoff type option for non-fire eaters Cool

Still umm-ing and ah-ing about this event. Have an invite to play staff-johnny with the SMG if I go, which might be fun....

If I come along I will bring the rapiers and fencing kit for a play.
