Hello all

one thing I noticed members were looking at at the last re-enactors fair we attended was axes, for dragooning down hedges etc.

Mark Routledge of http://wessexwildcraft.com/ makes some superb axes and knives (would be useful for making eating knives) to order. He is very reasonably priced and all you need to do is give him a picture and he will turn it out, quickly. Be warned though, unless you state you want the axe blunt you will get it SHARP (you could shave with the saxon axe he made me). He is a nice chap too which helps when doing business.
